Three structured programmes for household clarity and connection
Each Kinforge programme addresses a distinct area of family household life. All three are self-contained, practical, and include printed materials for use at home.
Back to HomeOur methodology
How Kinforge programmes are structured
All Kinforge programmes follow the same design principle: give participants a method, have them practise it in a structured setting, and send them home with printed materials that continue the work. Sessions are not lectures. They are working sessions where participants complete real tasks — filing a document, drafting a conversation guide, or writing an interview question list — before leaving.
Facilitators draw on published educational frameworks and adjust session content based on the specific situations participants raise. Small group sizes make this possible without turning sessions into private consultations.
Evidence-based frameworks
Content draws from peer-reviewed family education and oral history literature. Reading lists are available for participants who want to explore sources further.
Participant feedback integration
Every cohort produces structured feedback. Session content, timing, and printed materials are updated on a rolling basis as a result.
Bangkok-appropriate context
Examples, document types, and household scenarios used in sessions reflect Bangkok and Thai household contexts, not generic or foreign material.
Programme 01
Household Paperwork Organisation Course
A self-paced reading course teaching households how to sort and label common types of personal and household paperwork — identification, ownership of household goods, schooling records, and routine correspondence. The course is procedural: it teaches sorting and filing techniques, not the contents of any document. Sample folder templates are included for printing at home.
- Procedural approach — no legal interpretation
- Covers identification, ownership, schooling, and correspondence files
- Printable folder templates included
- Self-paced — complete at your own schedule
How it works
Receive the course materials by email and download the printed folder templates
Work through the sorting and labelling guide at your own pace — typically 3 to 5 hours total
Print and assemble your folder system; arrange your household documents using the provided categories
Email the Kinforge team with any questions about applying the course content to your specific documents
Programme 02
Family Communication Workshop
A two-day workshop exploring respectful conversation frameworks for families navigating routine household changes — moving home, welcoming new family members, or adjusting weekly rhythms. The workshop is informational and reflective, drawing on published material in family education. It does not address conflict resolution that would require regulated professional involvement.
- Conversation frameworks for ordinary household transitions
- Draws on published family education literature
- Two full days with structured group exercises
- Per-household pricing — bring a partner or family member at no extra cost
How it works
Register and receive the pre-workshop reading and preparation notes by email (15–20 mins reading)
Attend Day 1 at Kinforge: group exercises on listening and framing household conversations
Attend Day 2: apply frameworks to specific household scenarios; build a personal conversation guide
Take home your printed guide and a set of reference cards for use during real household conversations
Programme 03
Generational Story Project Workshop
A five-week storytelling workshop focused on collecting and writing down family stories across generations. Participants learn interviewing approaches, note-taking practices, and a simple printed-binder format for keeping the resulting writing organised at home. The workshop is creative and educational.
- Structured interviewing and note-taking methods
- Five weekly sessions with progressive milestones
- Printed binder format — completed or near-completed by end of workshop
- Suitable for individuals or multi-generational family pairs
Five-week structure
Identifying your family's story — choosing subjects, scoping the project, preparing interview questions
Conducting and recording the first interview; reviewing note-taking approaches
Writing up interview notes into structured story drafts; editorial feedback from facilitator
Adding context, photographs, and supporting documents to the binder layout
Final review, binder assembly, and sharing session; take home your completed printed binder

Shared standards
Principles that apply across all programmes
Participant privacy
Personal information shared in sessions stays within that cohort. No information is carried between cohorts or groups.
Source-referenced content
All frameworks and methods cite published family education or oral history sources. These are available to participants on request.
Honest scope
Facilitators recognise and name situations that fall outside educational scope. Participants are directed to appropriate professional services whenever warranted.
Annual material review
All printed materials are reviewed at the end of each year. Updates reflect participant feedback and changes to referenced sources.
Small, capped groups
In-person sessions are capped at 12 households. This keeps group dynamics manageable and allows facilitators to address specific situations.
Post-session support
Questions about applying course or workshop content at home can be directed to Kinforge by email. Responses within one working day.
