Service-Specific Terms

Household Paperwork Organisation Course

This is a self-paced reading course. Access to materials is provided following payment confirmation. There are no attendance requirements or completion deadlines. Printable templates included in the course are for personal household use only. We do not issue formal certificates of completion for this course.

Family Communication Workshop

This is a two-day in-person workshop. The enrolled household is expected to attend both days. If a household member is unable to attend one session, please inform us in advance. The workshop covers informational and reflective material on family communication; it does not constitute professional advice of any regulated kind. We reserve the right to adjust the workshop programme to suit the needs of attending families, within the general scope described.

Generational Story Project Workshop

This is a five-week workshop programme. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to receive the full educational benefit. Printed binder materials are included in the enrolment fee. The creative output of the workshop — family stories and personal writing — belongs entirely to the participating household. We do not retain, publish, or share participant stories without explicit written permission.

§ 09

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, psychological, or any other regulated advice or service.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of our Content, but we do not warrant that the Content is complete, free of error, or suitable for every household's particular circumstances.

Outcomes from workshops and courses will vary between participants. We do not make representations about specific results that any household will experience.

Where our workshops draw on published research or educational frameworks, this is for informational purposes. Kinforge is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with any academic institution, government body, or professional association.

§ 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Kinforge's total liability to you arising from or in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our Services or reliance on our Content, including loss of anticipated benefit, loss of time, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable Thai law, including consumer protection rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and its amendments.

Force majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering a Service where such failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including public health events, natural events, or government directives. In such cases we will endeavour to reschedule and will communicate with enrolled participants promptly.

§ 11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinforge, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of course materials, or any conduct during a workshop that causes harm to another participant or to Kinforge.

§ 12

Termination

You may withdraw from a Service at any time by contacting us in writing. Refund eligibility is governed by the payment terms in Section 7.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a workshop without refund if their conduct is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other participants or facilitators. We will discuss the matter with the enrolled household before taking this step wherever it is practicable to do so.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive the end of any enrolment or the termination of this Agreement.

§ 13

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

If you have a concern about a Service, we encourage you to reach out to us first at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 10 business days.

Where a concern cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to seek mediation through a mutually acceptable independent mediator before pursuing formal proceedings. This step is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.

Your consumer rights under Thai law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, are not affected by these terms.

§ 14

General Provisions

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Kinforge regarding the Services and supersedes any prior discussions or arrangements.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement to another party without our written consent. We may assign our obligations to a qualified successor with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

Notices. Formal notices under this Agreement should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address. Notices sent by email are considered received on the next business day following transmission.

§ 15

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, applicable law, or operational practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify enrolled participants by email with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of our website or enrolment in a Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
